Columbia, SC - The South Carolina Transportation Council, in collaboration with its communications agency, Chernoff-Newman, has asked TheRackesGroup (TRG) to help it build recognition of the State's deteriorating road conditions.
Beginning with a substantial web hub picturing hundreds of SC bridges and roads nearing the point of dangerous decline, the Transportation Council intends to make the State's citizens aware of the problems in their own backyards.
At the Transportation Council's request, TRG has constructed a database that includes pictures of dangerous bridges in all 46 of South Carolina's counties. Citizens can visit the Roads Gallery online to view the risk they take as they transport their children to school or friends and family to their places of business.
TheRackesGroup will work with the Transportation Council and Chernoff-Newman to proactively educate thousands of South Carolinians through informational enewsletters and special alerts that call them to action when there is opportunity to influence members of the SC Legislature.
